New Club Mix DJPats is joining us as Guest DJ here on Funk-U-Radio. Having listened to his mixes we were all very impressed at his technique, music choice and style. Even the odd French track here and there sounded really good - It's a pleasure to listen to DJPats and we hope you enjoy him too :-) His debut show here on FUR will be on Friday the 28th August 2009 so be sure not to miss it !

We launched our Live Stream on Saturday at 6pm with some funky sounds and our new jingles. At 9pm Tony Wrightley's Funkin Soul Show was due to be aired but we had some technical difficulties and the servers crashed. It was 22:15 before we began streaming again. The best laid plans...!   All was fixed and Tony's show went out. We hope you enjoyed it !

Our New Website has been launched replacing our old Clunky Creaky one :-) It's an ongoing development so please let us know if there's anything in particular you'd like to see and anything you don't want to see.     Along with our shiny new website is a new recruitment drive for more Deejays & Presenters as well as program sponsors. We are also considering banner placement opportunities.
